This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through VantaRank. Payments are processed by Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record.
SEO Audit and SEO Strategy (One-Time Packages)
Because these are diagnostic and strategy deliverables that involve immediate work on our side, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If work has not yet begun, a full refund is generally available. Once a deliverable has been provided, refunds are assessed based on work completed.
SEO Advisory (Monthly Subscription)
SEO Advisory is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not provided by default unless required by applicable law.

Payment Processor
Creem, as merchant of record, may have its own policies that apply to disputes and chargebacks. We do not make claims beyond Creem's official documentation regarding their role or processes.
